The TBSC has a wonderful 10 band graphic equalizer that can adjust the sound of internal sound sources like cd-rom's and mp3's. Unfortunately the equalizer does not work with external sound devices. I run the line-out from the stereo receiver into the line-in of the Santa Cruz so I can listen to the radio while I work. The equalizer only works with line-in when one of the effects (reverb, small room, etc.) is enabled, which really screws up the sound. Has anyone discovered a work around?

Or has anyone re-wired the line-out coax cable from the receiver to a 4 pin connector and plugged this into one of the cd-in connectors on the sound card?

I currently use the sound cable from the CD-RW to the TBSC. Anyone use a S/PDIF instead?
