Santa Barbara: Where are the hot tubs?

When I was in UCSB several years back I remember reading in daily nexus these suggestions for valentine's. One of them was this hot tub place, where you can rent a private jacuzzi, bring some champagne and make the evening really romantic. Now that I actually need it, I cant remember what that place was or where to find such places...
Any suggestions, guys? The hotel rooms with jacuzzi are ridiculously expensive $200-$500 a night, are there places that let you have a private jacuzzi for couple hours? What are they called? Are there such places in Santa Barbara area?

I dont know if its a myth or not, Ive never been to one of those places but I dont see why they shouldnt exist. They showed them on "Blind date" often enough

I don't know if I would even get in one of those rent-a-jacuzzis.

I know there is mega chlorine or bromine content in the water, but... think about what goes on in there. It's like sleeping in a hotel room that gets rented by the hour. :disgust:
