Sansa E280 not recognized in XP?

I'm having trouble getting my Dell Inspiron 1100 running XP SP2 to see my Sansa E280. My computer doesn't show it, WMP doesn't see it, but Device manager sees it. Any help?

I looked over at Sandisk's website and there are no downloads that I can find that would fix this (drivers, etc) and I can't find a help topic addressing it (but I didn't look to hard, I'm on my way out to work in a few.)

Any help? Thanks. 🙂
