I bought two Sansa Clips, one for me and one for the wife. The first loaded music files with no issues. The second will provide a message Syncronize to continue your music subscription. I downloaded the files from NetMusic.
I have updated WMP to 11 used the firmware updater provided by ScanDisk and in settings used all modes at different times. MSC, MTP and automatic.
Any ideas on what the problem is?
