Hello everyone,

It's upgrade time for me, and while it's a bit late now since I just pulled the trigger to take advantage of some Newegg coupons before they expire on me again, I wanted to do a quick sanity check if only to make sure I haven't forgotten anything.

CPU: 3770k (Still looking for a decent price on this one..)
Mobo: ASUS Z77 V-Deluxe
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LP 2x8GB (1600/1.5v)
GPU: eVGA GTX 670 (Gigabyte one is OOS unfortunately.)
GPU HSF: Accelero Xtreme III
CPU HSF: Thermalright Venomous X
Firewire: Rosewill RC-506E
Fans: Scythe Gentle Typhoon + Scythe Kama Flow 2 + Nexus Real Silent

PSU, SSD, HDD, ODD and peripherals are all being carried over.

Have I forgotten anything?

Thanks everyone.

So you haven't bought this one yet? Unless you're doing something that actually uses 8 cores, like video encoding, a 3570k should be fine for you.

Plenty of Lightroom and Photoshop. Gaming on the side.

3570k might not cut it, as the extra threads may come in handy for processing my photos.

All right, I suppose I haven't forgotten anything.

Picked up the 3770k off Newegg for $315 which is probably as good as I can get for now.

Thanks everyone.
