Sandy Bridge Mobo for Hackintosh

So I've got a 2600k. Returned my mobo awhile back and am wondering which mobo I should get that will work with a hackintosh?

If hackintosh's wont work for a bit I'll probably throw Debian on there in the meantime.

Mainly use it for development, VM's, lots of DB work.. if there was a mobo that had more than 4 DIMM slots that would be amazing.

I'm almost thinking of waiting until Ivy Bridge comes out, which if I remember correclty will support 8 DIMM slots. Also had my eye on that dual socket EVGA board. Too bad I can't run Sandy Bridge on that.=)

I have read of people getting os x to work with gigabyte boards - specifically p67-ud4-b3.
This is not based off anything official though, so take with a grain of salt.
