Sandy Bridge drivers for Windows 10

Running a i5 2400 on an Intel DH67BL and planning on upgrading to Windows 10. I can't seem to find drivers for win10 though, the latest is 8.1. Can I just install 8.1 drivers or will I have issues?

I think you'll be fine.

Win10 is running like a champ on my 2009 vintage Dell.
I don't think it has any drivers past Vista.

Most likely it will have all the drivers you need. I have a Lenovo with a Sandy Bridge Pentium and another Lenovo with an Ivy Bridge i7, and neither need an additional drivers for the chipset itself.
