Sandra raid results poorly

I have 2 maxtor ata u133 30gb hd's on a raid 0 array. I did sisoftware sandra to test the performance. It tested to be even with 2 ata u66 on raid 0 array whereas it shoud've had the same results as the other 2 hd's ata u133 40gb's. why is there such a big difference? PLEASE help

Sandra is a HORRIBLE hardrive benchmarking program. The results it gives are RARELY accurate!
