Sandra is locking up

Hey fellas

mb one of you has an answer for this. I got a Compaq Presario 5004. It has an AMD 1.1 Ghz T-bird w/ a lotta memory.

anyway. my problem is this. I got 2 hd in this thing. the 60 GB Maxtor drive that came with the system and a 8 GB Fujitsu. Whenever I try to run a Sandra benchmark on either of these drives sandra just locks up. any ideas?
