Sandra burn-in for temp testing?

Is running Sandra's burn-in (CPU, multimedia, memory, drives, cd/dvd) in a loop a good indicator of full load temps? My TBird 900 (@933)with Coolermaster DP5-6H51 and arctic silver runs about 39-40C idle. After an hour or so of running the burn-in it's at 45-46C. Is that enough stress or will I see a difference running, say, Unreal Tournament? My case temp is 23C btw.

i had the same question a little while ago and found that the best thing to really test you're comp is Prime95. it's some mathematic geek thing looking for the largest prime number. BUt man, does it push you're comp. also, you're temps seem ok. warning tho, prime95 will push it so make sure you got something like Motherboard monitor running at the same time to check your temps as you go. Good luck.
