sandra benchmark and mem bandwith - help appreciated

I just ran Sandra (latest version) benchmark on my system and found that memory bandwith is really low. I get around and below 400MB/s when using two 128 MB sticks of IBM PC133 SDRAM Cas 3 on a MSI k7t pro2. Any ideas on where to start looking to tweak?

Upgrade to a newer bios that supports 4-way interleave. I think theres an overclockers bios ou thtere somewhere that has the option.

On the pro2-a if you change the memory timing option to auto detect by spd, it will enable 4way interleaving.
