I did a benchmark on my 2 36.7gb raptors running raid0.
I have two partitions of approx equal size for running two OS's. Could the partition affect the speed of my drives.

Here is a benchmark for C drive, which I use 95 percent of the time.

This is one for D drive that I ran imediately after the C drive test.

95 megs per second seems about right to me. What stripe size did you use? Remember NTFS is usually a littler slower than FAT32 but way more reliable.
