Just ran Sandra 2002, mainboard information module, and recieved a warning - "W231 IOQD is set too low. Performance will suffer."

I would like to find out what "IOQD" refers to. It's not listed in the Sandra help file and I've had no luck researching acronyms. Any help would be appreciated.
