SanDisk Ultra II CompactFlash

I have a question on these cards.
ATM I have a 512 mb Standard CF Card paired with a Canon A80, 4.0Mp, I find the problem is that the camera takes a tad to long to take the pic's, is this something to do with the standard CF card I have?

If so can someone tell me how much quicker it would be for me to use the Ultra II Cf card. Will I notice any difference at all on the time it takes the pictures ect?

Thanks for your help. :0

You will probably notice a slight increase in speed or shorter processing time.

i think with that camera, the increase is going to be very very slim because I think it's the camera that's the weakest link. if i'm not mistaken, the ultra II cards are good for high end cameras (ie dSLRs) where you don't wait for the camera to focus for you.
if you want to test it out, just pick up a CF II card from a BB or any store with a lenient return policy and try it out see if it's worth it.

Ah ok, thanks that's the info i was looking for.

It's a shame trying to take pic's of the kid can sometimes be a right pain because of the delay on the camara.
