FWIW, if you've already used up your 1st-timer Google checkout credit somewhere else there's a 7% coupon that can be found at other forums. It *supposedly* only works for people who got a specific email, but I didn't get the mail and the coupon went through. YMMV. Came out to $97.65 shipped.

The sound quality is is poor comparing to the Ipod. The video is great but may hurt your eyeballs after extensive video watching..
Be extra careful with the video screen - Buy screen protective gear!!!!
It flawlessly converts all *.ASF video file in, but certain AVI format will fail. The original video file is splitted into several chapters.
