Not to threadcrap, but i've never heard anything good about the c100 series, most people say it's flimsy and crappy overall, also it takes AAA batteries as opposed to rechargiing and gets like 10 hours out of a battery.
The c200 series is a much better option for maybe 10 bucks more, essentially the same player with better build quality(still all plastic though) and a removeable rechargeable batt. with about 16 hours of life on a charge. my little brother has one and it's sweet i've even contemplated taking it from him and giving him my e260.

I have this. I bought it last month from buy.com for approximately the same price.
It's a good mp3 player, but as Takemaru said, the plastic feels cheap compared to other players. It does work well and have easy-to-use menus....as well as FM radio. It's not compatible with the sync features of Media Player 11....you have to be on 10 or earlier. You can always pay for the Rhapsody service and sync music through that application too....
Otherwise, use "my computer" to manually copy music to the player. It works fine.
There are 2 volume settings (normal and high) that change the volume range. This is good for protecting your ears.
I don't mind the AAA batteries. I get decent battery life out of them, but wish they were AAs instead just cause they'd last a little longer. I plan on investing in 4 NiMH batteries so I can charge multiple batteries and have them ready to swap out.
The only other negative thing I can think of is the shape of the unit. I am able to use this in a armband I had lying around for the old iPod shuffles. The issue is that the bottom is tapered for the battery. It makes the design a little unstable if you strap it into a carrier like that. If you saw one in person, you'd understand...
