sandisk CF and SD cards

I just had a quick question, I was just curious if anyone knew the supplier for the nand flash in Sandisk products? Particuarly the CF and SD cards? Or do they actually have their own facilities with..say...panasonic(since they had a joint venture in inventing SD format)?

What I really want to know is if samsung supplies it for them or not. Recently read the article about the octal stacking design samsung developed on dailytech, I mean I'm sure it will eventually be in every vendor's product but just curious if anyone knows?

4GB CF cards are looking mighty tasty, but this new stuff seems like a big leap finally in nand flash technology...we could be looking at 8GB CF cards or more for less than $200 if all goes well...and CF format survives.
