Out of Stock online, but most stores have at least 5-6. And I think the statistic is 95% of all Americans live within 5 minutes of a radioshack so you shouldn't have a problem getting their. Radioshack also has a few other nice deals with this sales event.

I just picked up 1 today from my local radio shack, great replacement for my 1gb cruzer titanium for the same price i paid for my 1gb, i wish this one was titanium. anywho, i think there may be other savings to be had, prior to ringing me up the clerk mentioned it being $35.99 and commented that they must've put the price back up when she scanned it. Normally i wouldn't care but @ this pricepoint 5 dollars is a big chunk of the price.. picked one up anyway, probably will pull the trigger on another for a buddy before they dissappear (Sandisk is reportedly pulling the plug on their U3 lineup of cards, U3 is somewhat useful though it gets a bad rap from the purists, the concept is sound, it gives you a mobile computing environment that you can just pop into to any PC and use your own browser and email prog with your settings without having to set anything up or tamper with anothers system, even has it's own antivirus app that scans the host Pc as the flash drive loads up. most useful flash drive i've ever owned by far so upgrading to 4gb on the cheap was a dream, if only it was the titanium model)

BTW it's down to 39.99 @ radioshack without the USPS coupon, i hadn't even noticed the original poster had it listed for 49.99.
