Real good deal, I paid $114 six months ago with rebate. I like the unit a lot, especially if you are joggers, as it is real small and comes with an arm band. The only stink is that the ear buds are to large and don't come with foamies (or whatever they are called) They wouldn't stay in my ears for nothing. I added Sennheiser PX100 light weight headphones, and the rest is history.

The lowest im seeing in $120-40 in rebates - $10 off >$75=$70....have the tweaked the price in 25 minutes?

The 10% off would make it $72...Could be wrong with my math....

119.95-$12-$40=$67.95 (take 10% off selling price)

I was just looking at this thing yesterday. DAC21- it does come with an armband?? it doesn't say so on buy.com, cuz that was one thing i was looking to get with it

Also, i'm concerned that they won't pay both rebates, since they are both from sandisk, and it looks like one goes away, to be replaced by the other one (look at valid dates), and it might just be a screwup that they both cover 6/30. Just my thoughts but i'm curious.

Yes, it comes with the armband(the reason that I am also buying it). I also was looking at it yesterday when one rebate was available, then I got an email overnite and stated two rebates, so I saved the email and printed the webpage stating two rebates are available and since one rebate only requires a "copy" of the UPC, it seems like it should be valid, if not I claim against buy.com with my AMEX.

I was looking for a 512 mb and a 1gb mp3 player. I just bought the Sandisk Sansa E130 (512mb) and the Sansa E140(1gb). These are different from the ones above because these have expandable sD slots.... I think they are a better deal. Plus buy.com is out of the 1gig Silver Mp3.

You can still look for the 5 off 25, or the 10% off... One of them expired on the 26th... even without them its still a good deal.

She uses the radio mostly, how easy and quick is the FM tuner operation?

How is the FM tuner reception and sound quality?

Good deal. I have the 1GB version. Pretty easy to use. Straight drag and drop folder and song transfer. Ability to display foreign languages too.

The names are similar... both 1gb, but the one I purchased in the end is expandable... anyway they are a good deal, look it up.

As far as the question about the FM tuner operation, if you look up the product on pricegrabber.com, go to the reviews and most of the times they are helpful.

You should get rebate. There are two dates on invoice, order date and ship date. Make sure you have enough time for postmark deadline 8/08/05. Sometimes buy.com's back order takes a few weeks, you'r gambling a bit.

Mine shipped, they shipped it USPS which IMO is very good.
