Technically it might be a 4th party candidate, but Green Party presidential candidate Jill Stein said, she is willing to step aside if he [Bernie Sanders] wants to lead their third-party ticket." Bernie has not responded, as of this article's release to her offer.

“I’ve invited Bernie to sit down, explore collaboration — everything is on the table,” she told the paper. “If he saw that you can’t have a revolutionary campaign in a counter-revolutionary party, he’d be welcomed to the Green Party. He could lead the ticket and build a political movement,” she said.

I'm still contemplating her referring to the Democrat Party as "counter-revolutionary". Hard for me to understand, but maybe you Commies out there will instantly comprehend.

While I understand that Bernie believes that he fought a good fight against a rigged system, does he want to end it here? And with Hillary's indictment off the table, he has a 0% chance of getting that nomination. Will he bolt and stick it to the Dems and the Hilderbeast? Or will he realize that splintering the Democrats votes, will mean a Trump presidency.

Maybe its just a ploy to have his platform approved by those Hillary supporting, hard to the right wing, capitalist, Goldman Sachs, Wall Street loving Democrat insiders at the Convention. Will have to watch. You have to admit, there seem to be endless twists and turns in this year's election process.

I guess now that indictment didn't happen, time to move over to other pipe dreams about how Trump wins in November.

Considering he is reportedly endorsing Clinton on Tuesday that seems unlikely. It's doubly unlikely due to the fact that he said defeating Donald Trump is his #1 priority. Finally, anyone who thinks Hillary is right wing is insane.

For me it was just tongue in cheek. But I do remember Progressive's in this forum calling her that. Just saying.

I would say that people here tend to be...uhmm... extreme. It is a pretty weird world where on one forum Paul Ryan is a RINO and Hillary Clinton is a conservative. :p

Sanders is on track to formally endorse Clinton next week.

Fortunately Sanders' memory is better than the OP's-he remembers how Ralph Nader's egotistically "they are both the same" campaign guaranteed a GWB victory in 2000, resulting in, inter alia, the completely unnecessary Bush War II in Iraq directly leading to the rise of Isis, the rise of Iran at the cost of Saudi Arabia and the extreme destabilization in the region.

And what Trump would f*ck up would make GWB/Cheney look brilliant in comparison.

My memory is fine thank you.

Bush was responsible for the Iraq debacle. But Clinton voted to support funding it. Don't forget that.

Iran has been rising as a result of failures of the Obama/Clinton/Kerry regime. Thump forgets that Obama negotiated a deal that guarantees that Iran will develop nuclear weapons. Who f'd that up? Trump?

ISIS is on the Obama/Clinton regime.

The destabilization of the Middle East has been made far worse by the Obama/Clinton/Kerry regime, as a result of funding weapons and promoting extremist Islamist jihadist groups. Also even Obama publicly admits that he believes Libya to be his biggest failure.

Unlike Bush, Obama, Clinton and Kerry, Trump has no experience at destabilizing vast regions of the world. And look what is happening to Europe, as a result of the US escalation of Syria. And getting the Russians directly involved in Syria is another Obama failure. Use scare tactics all you want, but Trump has clean hands, unlike the people mentioned above.

Jill Stein mentioned this before months ago. Bernie ignored it then and I'm sure he will now. He's clearly not interested.

And now, fearmongering about Iran. Explain exactly how the Iran agreement guarantees that Iran will develop nuclear weapons. They disposed of excess stocks of LEU, mothballed most of their production facilities including their hardened fordow site, filled the reactor core area of their in construction heavy water reactor at Arak & have agreed to a much stricter IAEA inspection regimen in perpetuity.

Oh, and what part of bomb the shit out of them, dip our bullets in pig blood, kill them, kill their familes & take their oil reveals Donald's kinder & gentler side, anyway?

I respect that Senator Sanders will endorse Hillary.

That's what he said he would do if he didn't win the nomination and he's keeping his word.

However, I am not supporting someone who is a corporate puppet on trade deals.

Sanders has said his #1 priority is stopping Donald Trump from ever becoming president.
I take him at his word.
And Bernie knows a 3rd party run would ensure Donald Trump a victory.
Frankly... DONALD is the guy that could and most likely would run 3rd party if republicans can figure out a way to deny Donald the nomination at the convention.
If they can pull that stunt, pulling the nomination rug out from under Donald's feet, then we all know Donald would not take that lying down.
He would run 3rd party, if for no other reason but for his revenge.
Donald is a loyal republican only as long as THEY stick with HIM.
If they don't, Donald won't. Won't be that loyal republican, that is.

Wow. Steve Doocey, is that you?

Your memory is able to maintain a grasp on your startling ignorance regarding ISIS? Well that's great. Makes you sound like a partisan parrot with little to no understanding of Iraq 2003-2008, but sure, whatever.

That time traveling socialist muslim from Kenya sure is tricky!
