San Marcos....Oceanside, CA.......any good restaurants

I'm going to be in town tomorrow......I'd like to find a great local mexican restaurant....off hwy 78........carne asada, adobada, sopes, cheese enchiladas....etc...

I know there's some good mexican cusine there, but I don't know the town.....tips to

any good hole in the wall locals type places, would be much appreciated....
