Classic liberals are now referred to as libertarians, because the liberal label has become something else entirely.

Maybe I could almost kind of but not really understand banning like back door sales of animals keeping people from thinking it's a good idea to breed their pets as a side gig. Even that would be a bit dumb though

basically theyve just upped the carbon output of their citizens as people will just drive to near by cities to buy their pets.
