San Francisco residents using QAM HD tuners

Anyone here live in SF and have a QAM HD tuner? I have basic extended comcast cable, if I get a QAM HD tuner for my computer, what unencrypted HD channels can I expect to recieve? One person told me I should be able to get all the HD channels (short of the premium channels like HBO and such) like discovery HD, TBS, ect. But, someone else thinks that I wont be able to get much more with QAM than what I would get with ATSC. So, anyone here use QAM computer tuners? What channels do you pick up with it?

Discovery HD and other channels are encrypted. The ones that aren't are ABC, NBC, CBS, and FOX (the WB is in QAM64/not HD). There are also a bunch of other channels on QAM64 (random stuff). If you want the real HD experience, you'll have to get their set top box/subscription.
