My new roommate wants to "experience American culture" and asked me to take her to a strip club. Yes, her. Are there any *full nude* clubs in San Fran that don't charge a high cover charge? Anything like $15 or less? I know Crazy Horse is highly rated but charges $30. O'Farrell Brothers seems to charge $15 between 7 and 9 or something, but I've heard that O'Farrell's basically a brothel.

EDIT:

We were in San Fran last night when I made this thread, but we didn't end up going to a strip club because we weren't in proper attire - we were just in our regular walking tennis shoes, and no tennis shoes allowed in strip clubs.

So we're looking for recommendations for all nude San Jose clubs.

Gold Club used to be free if you brought a chick in.

And the above posters are right, American culture is taking her to McDonalds before a NASCAR race, followed by buying condoms at a Walmart and making out in the back of a Ford.

if they know you are serious you wouldn't pay a cover.

if you will be in the back with a $5 water that lasts 4 hours while giggling you will pay at the door.

Whatever money is in your pockets when you walk in will not be there when you leave.

Ah, the lower half of the 99%.

I suggest Target and Abblebee's. Better in appearance and service, but same crap. And fewer really, really fat people.

(This is one of the most classist statements I've ever made, and I should delete it and not post it.)

EDIT: Oops.

I'm curious to know how they can tell if you're "serious". Do they look for paunchy middle aged creepy whits guys? Perhaps black guy's with lots of rings? What is "serious"?

For the record, I've been to one titty bar in my entire life. I found the experience to be uncomfortable, bordering on depressing.

Showgirls

Crazy Horse

Minimum of $20 at the door for full nude. In California you can not serve any alcohol while full nude. In Santa Clara County, no boobies out with alcohol now. So all clubs charge a cover!

We have Bikini Bars down in the South Bay. $5 cover but still fun.

Since your FOB - I would take her to a Vietnamese bar. Nice one on 4th St in San Jose where the girls get frisky and a back room and bottle service. For $120 on a bottle of Goose $10 for a chaser, your ballin. No Cover charge.

Don't call this 'American culture'. It's not. It's sex culture.

One place to go is 'Lusty Lady' - put the coins in, window opens. It's unioninzed and owned by women (former performers I think).

O'Farrell is not 'a brothel'. It's larger scale adult entertainment.

That's what I saw in a National Geographic or some such, IIRC...

Google might help you otherwise.

Then again, um, 'I've heard' of having Marilyn Chambers dancing nude about 2 feet from you on top of your table...
