san francisco looks to tax grocery bags

..well I live there..on the sf/dc boarder..and do all my shopping out of sf anyway..and many b/m biz.have left sf due to the punitive tax and anti business atmosphere..among them Sears and JC Penny have left and brought their jobs and business else where. So this will only add to the exodus.
