Samsung's MagicTune & Natural Color

I just bought a Samsung 215TW and wanted to know if anyone can tell me I should use the "MagicTune" as well as "Natural Color"?

you dont need to intsall magic tune, its just a desktop version of what you can do with your buttons on the monitor
