ARGHHHHHH!!!!!!!
Purchased a Samsung Tab S last April, 2015 and not charging port not working and no power. From hours on phone with Samsung and Best Buy, Samsung says out of warranty. Initially they couldn't locate IMEI in their system but then when they did, they show expired warranty. They said I could send in receipt or take to service center. I drove 30 min to service center to be told my Best Buy receipt was no good as it did not have IMEI number on it. Best Buy could provide nothing other than online receipt that doesn't have IMEI. Purchased online from Best Buy direct. What a joke, and this is not a cheap tablet to just throw away. Anyone else run into this/solution? TIA
