Samsung V205 and Panasonic GU87?

How do these two phones compare? I can't really decide which one I want but I'm going to get one. The Samsung is with T-Mobile and the Panasonic is with AT&T. (by the way, I like both of those services and thats why im deciding on what phone now)
 
I have no idea... since at&t just started carrying the panasonic phone I thought that it was one of there next generation phones and would be around for a while with any upcomming changes in the service..
