Also make sure you are using the right hdmi port. One of them is dvi/hdmi or something different than the rest.

as said above , this is an overscan issue.

check your driver settings or look through your TV settings for the option. It may have an option such as "just scan" to auto set this

On my Samsung I had to select HDMI/DVI as source, and then set picture option to: "Screen Fit". Even if you can get the whole desktop via underscan settings in the driver, it still won't be sharp. And with the above, there's no need for any underscan.

This is what I was talking about: some call it "PC Mode", some call it "1:1", and on all newer models Samsung calls it "Screen Fit".

My Sammy calls it "Just Scan", and it fits perfectly.

Connect your PC via HDMI 1. Go into the source menu, edit the name for HDMI 1 to PC. Now the picture at 1080p will be perfect and lag free to boot.
