I pressed and held the menu button for 5 seconds to unlock the menu settings. This worked for the TV source but when I switched over to HDMI source to watch Netflix, the menu settings are locked and I can't unlock it even by holding down the menu button for 5 seconds.

How do I unlock the menu settings for the HDMI source?

I figured it out finally. The settings are deeply buried under Source->Tools->Edit Name(I thought this was the equivalent of channel label)->HDMI and from there you I could select Blu-ray as the source and only then could I customize the screen settings. If you ask me, that is highly complicated for the average customer to find. They should make it much more user friendly.
