Hey, First time posting in the Hot deals section, but i just bought this monitor and wanted to check with people to see what they thought of the price.
Apparently Best Buy is discontinuing the stocking of this model in their stores and hence you get a discount from the usual price. I just bought it today for 169.99 + Tax. It is going for 215.00 + 25.00 shipping on Newegg Link
This deal will only apply if you can find the item in a store near you, it is no longer stocked on
www.bestbuy.com.
You could check with a manager or department head and ask them if they can check other stores for stock and transfer from other stores. I'm not sure if they do this for items they are discontinuing but it is worth a try. Make sure you ask a manager or at the very least a department head as I used to work there in my high school days and I'm fairly certian that MOST regular sales people will not know the first thing about how to check this.
