samsung syncmaster 955df image shakes

why???
i'm running winxp with a 7500 aiw. it doesn't shake at 60hz, but, then my monitor is only refreshing at 60hz. might the monitor itself be defective? thanks in advance!
(btw, are radeon 7500 aiw prices going to drop soon like the 8500s? just a rumor)

I remember a similar thread in which the same problem came up. Here . If one thing's the cause of your problem, I'd blame gravity. It started everything.
