Ripped off of slickdeals, but this totally helped me this weekend when my washer machine broke. I was extremely furious till i saw this awesome deal on this highly rated washer/dryer pair, then i became less furious! Has new fancy features such as steam washing and uses high efficiency detergent which means less power/water usage.

Regular price is 1099 EACH, i walked out the door with both for roughly $1300 :awe:

No links to other hot deals sites

Go to best buy and use this mobile coupon
http://m.bestbuy.com/mobile/coupons/core-1239052.html

There is also a printout coupon on the slickdeals link but you may need reward zone silver status.

Not as sexy as a new CPU or video card, but hey something's gotta wash my diesel jeans!

Wow nice deal. My crappy GE washer with the old school style agitator drum seems to tear up my clothes, I could seriously use these......oh if I only had the money.

That is a smoking deal. We have a Samsung set similar to this that we paid $1600 for with an employee discount (listed for $2400). They run smooth and quiet. You really can't beat them for use on a second floor of a wood frame structure.

The only negative that I have see is that the sanitize cycles are quite long, a couple hours as I recall.

man someday I wish my washer/dryer WOULD die so I could legitimize buying a new pair. But the stupid tanks I have just keep going and going and going :(

can you split the current one that goes into the washer?

I dont see why not.
Though if you are filling the washer and running the steam dryer at the same time you may have a flow issue. Not sure what the required/recommended flow rate is on such things.

But as I think about it, the dryer in steam mode can't use THAT much water.

I got in a similar deal for around $1600 last year. I don't think we have ever used the steam cycle yet. guess I will have to try it soon.

we love the steam cycle on our LG set we got last year for around this price. Pull a sweater out of a bin and it seems musty? STEAM Pull a shirt out of the dryer and dont have time to iron it? STEAM!

I wish I could bathe in there...

Don't forget how to properly shop for appliances (not applicable to Camry and Accord). Get this price printed out at your local BB. Go to Sears and price match. They will take 10% off the difference from the lower price (for ex. BB is 600/600 (washer/dryer), Sears 750/750. Difference is 150. Sears will sell them to you for 600-(750-600)*0.1/600-(750-600)*0.1. You would then save $30). Just a heads up. When I bough my Samsung washer/dryer 2 years ago from Sears I paid ~1150 for both. Cheapest I found online was $800 each. I price matched Lows and got some kind of $50 or $100 off for buying the set together.

I tried that last yr, but the pair at BB were I guess a special best buy only models with model # you can't find elsewhere, so Sears won't pricematch it. I was hoping they were dumb and desperate enough to price match it, because the BB only models were a lower end model with less features + steam, where as the pair at Sears were top of the line with tons of features + steam. you do get what you pay for. Are these pair also BB only this year?

looks like you don't need coupon to order online... bought this washer a few months back, works great... may have to buy the dryer at this price...

I don't think thesse are exclusive BB models as i've seen other people been able to price match them in the SD thread.

Stores do that sometimes. Especially big ones that can order manufacturer to make a line of units with a tiny difference from their normal line, just so to discourage price matching, i guess, and create a false sense of exclusivity. I've had good luck getting Sears to match my stuff plenty of times. Just make sure it's a comparable model and get model numbers as close as possible (sales associates are aware of these tricks).

Got my set today at Lowes for $1200 minus the 10% coupon I had from moving and got 18 months no interest. Sears is now the same price I checked in store.
Good deal for a steam set thanks OP.....
