I booted into safe mode and ran this 3 times and took the best score. Fishak is this a good benchmark score for me ?

Scores look fine to me. You filled the drive already, so it's not testing the fastest portions of your disk.

You can also try HDTune on the disk in safe-mode (if that works?) to see what raw speeds you get on the outer tracks on your HDD. The outer tracks give you the fastest throughput, while the inner tracks would have roughly 50% of the performance of the outer tracks. Server-drives short-stroked by design have lower degradation; thus the inner tracks are still 70% of the outer tracks, for example.

Also no drivers. :$
I don't know Windows well, but i think Safe-Mode also includes storage drivers. Else people using onboard RAID couldn't boot into Safe-Mode; in absence of the proprietary RAID drivers, there is no system disk to boot from.

So i would assume that also applies when you use no RAID but the Intel drivers (iastor.sys) instead. You could check this with AS SSD; another benchmark similar to CrystalDiskMark but let's you see the storage driver and partition alignment as well. For Intel that would be 'iastor.sys'.

Here is how my drive looks. Data is in the outer part is that how it should be ?
