i bought the samsung 245b 24" for Total £340 from www.overclockers.co.uk i love it, best monitor i've had. but make sure you have a good graphics card if you like gaming. i have a leadtek 8800gts 640mb, and it lacks on colin mcrae. but bioshock if fine.

all settiings are on high and runs fine, but the graphics aren't as sharp on colin mcrae.

What I am wondering about the Samsung 245T is:

--- Does it uses the same S-PVA high-gamut panel as found in the Dell 2407WFP-HC (also using Samsung high-gamut S-PVA)? Almost certainly.

--- Then does it have the same inverse ghosting problem as the Dell?

I have a BenQ FP241W and it's the best monitor I've worked with. There is no signs of ghosting when playing either a console, a DVD, or any PC game (FPS, MMO, the lot). I can't say anything about the Samsung, but I do love my FP241W.

BTW: What is the difference between the FP241W and FP241WZ?

The BenQ has a different MVA panel by AU optronics. The difference between the W and WZ is the MPA feature. See the pros and cons here
