Will Samsung bring out drivers to support there ssd for amd/ASmedia as current Samsung Evo 860 V-nand ssd does not support it and Samsung knew about this.

ASmedia ICs are commonly used as a "bridge chip" on S-ATA to USB boards.

These bridge boards are found in several popular USB disk enclosures as well as hard drive docks.

If they are not supported by Samsung the disk will not be recognised so I can see why the OP is annoyed!
