Samsung SCH-B500 7 Megapixel Camera Phone

Samsung's done a first. They have managed to pack-in a 7 megapixel digital camera with 3x digital zoom into the new Samsung SCH-B500 cell phone! It will soon become the envy of many a digital camera owner. Not much information is available about the Samsung B500 at the moment.

A highlight of the B500 is its support for DMB (Digital Media Broadcasting). You can watch TV and Movies on its gorgeous large-size screen. The screen supports both portrait and landscape modes. The keypad is probably a slide-out design. It has a video out port and a T-Flash slot. All this and it's just 18.5mm thick.

The Samsung SCH B500 is probably going to be launched first in Korea. Buyers in the other side of the world may have to wait a while.

:roll: Hello? See any DMB networks in the US? The only way you'll see a functional version of this phone in the US is if Samsung makes an HSPDA/GSM (or CDMA) version.

:roll: Hello? DMB has nothing to do with what network it will use. It is known that this phone will feature CDMA2000 either in the form of EV-DV or EV-DO.
