Samsung SCH-A990. next phone?

i get on my new every 2 in about 2 weeks or so, so i am looking at phones.

i believe i will look at the 990 because it seems to be a great phone, with great capabilities.

however, what other phones would you suggest? i ahvent read to many great things about the chocolate, but who knows, it is still very very new.

I'm assuming you have Verizon. I picked up a very nice Motorola E815. It has everything I and then some. It's a very capable phone and the reception is godly. No joke. I get full signal everywhere and the calls are crystal clear everytime. I highly recommend it. $30 at Circuit City is the special right now and you may get another discount. My sister, however, got the RAZR V3m, which I think is crap. It has the awful Verizon Vcast user interface and menus, it's slow, and the picture snaps 5 seconds after you hit the button. Not a very nice phone, functionality-wise.

Cliffs: E815 = best Verizon phone on the market functionality- and reception-wise. Highly recommended. I got one and I love it.
