Same place you can go with just about every other phone, there is a direct URL feature so you can enter in your own URL's, the browser itself is fine, but personally I don't use it much (not much point to it really, not worth $10 a month).
It can be useful, you can check stock quotes, read up on yahoo or hotmail if you use those. It also has white/yellow pages which is useful, can look up movie showtimes, sports(espn), news(cnn, others), weather, etc.
It's decent. You scroll through a list of sites that your carrier is hooked up with. To be honest though, the web features on my phone is a total waste of ten bucks a month. It was novel when I first got it to check sports scores etc, but I don't think I've used it more than twice in the last six months.
