Hello,
So I have a nice headset from Samsung, the SBH-170. Sound quality is excellent, my head "got used" to wearing it and it's really comfortable and I really don't notice it at all now (it's very light).
I have also a Nokia 6600 Fold. Both devices connect without problems, buttons on the headset work fine (for music). When I'm dialing a number everything's fine. However, when someone's calling me and I answer with the big button on the headset, the other person can't hear me. If I switch to loudspeaker and then back to headset, it starts to work fine for that call. If I answer the call with the phone (with the headset connected ofc), everything's fine. It's just when I answer with the headset that I need to switch to loudspeaker and then back to headset for the other side to hear me. I hear them fine the whole time.
I have also a Nokia E65, it exhibits the exact same issue... However, I have also an older Nokia 6230 and this one works flawlessly. I can receive calls with the headset without any problems and the other side can hear me from the beginning.
Can someone help me out? Is there some setting I'm missing? Obviously the reason I got the headset (apart from listening to music and it looking cool
) is to answer incoming calls without the need to take the phone out of my pocket.
Any help greatly appreciated
