Samsung R580 temperatures / cleaning

Hey guys, its been a while since my last post. Does anyone know the normal temperature for this laptop? On idle the motherboard is up to 40ºC the cpu around 34ºC and the gpu 42ºC. On full load the motherboard goes up to 72ºC. My laptop has more than 3 years old and i never cleaned it, Is it a good idea to open it and do a full clean? Do i need to remove the thermal paste from both cpu and gpu and apply new one?
