Hi,
Since I've had problems with the SanDisk Extreme II and ended up returning it, I'm now at a standstill with these two drives:
Samsung 840 Pro (512GB)
Samsung 840 Evo (512GB)
I know that there are numerous threads on this but I have a specific detail though that I need you guys to clarify and help me. I use Photoshop and Illustrator all day, everyday, and the files that I work on tend to be at least 300mb large (some times 1GB).
My questions are:
Is the Evo capable of delivering fast performance in this case? (I've read somewhere that the TWC when full causes a drop in write speed by 50%)
Is the 100€ difference worth (840 Pro 390€/526$ | 840 Evo 290€/391$)?
Thanks
