They're very fast. I see no speed difference between it and my S3's internal memory. I had to format it with a hard to find program to FAT32 before the phone would recognize it.

I regularly write and delete large video files and there's never a hiccup. It won't take files larger than 2GB.

Thanks. Bought one from Amazon for $52.98. 64gb is overkill for me and 32gb would have sufficed. But the difference in price between 32 & 64 is only $16 so I had to go with the 64gb. I'll use it with Yoga 13 til I get Galaxy S4.
