Samsung Pie Help

My galaxy just updated to pie. Are the any good guides to read about all the new setting options? In particular not liking the permanent navigation bar and my app icons all having the big white blobs behind them again.

Unfortunately several of the things I don't like that were editable in pre-pie settings don't have an option in the samsung pie interface. Rather disappointing.
