I don't know, but I would look at getting some apacer ram from newegg for $5 with free shipping.

I had two sticks worked fine at 200 MHZ and at 2.5-2- 2-6 timings so it's up to you.

I wanted something faster so I sold the chips off and got two Winbond/Twinmos Chips.
