Samsung PC2700 DDR ram owners, how far can u overclock?

I had my PC2700 CTL (original) up to 199MHz cas 2.5-3-3-6
I don't recall trying cas2 @ 166 though

i could only go up to 175 MHz to run stable at all apps.. with a heatsink on the memory chips

yes i could set CAS2@ 166 although my system always crashed when rendering high poly scenes on 3dsmax4.3 ( around 2.500.000 polygons )
games runs fine... 3dmark loop always crash at the third or fourth loop UT2003 Benchmark runs fine though...

I'm still trying to decide exactly what clock my RAM is running at on my Epox 8K5A2. I'm running at 172 fsb with mem clock (that's clock, not timings) at "SPD". I'm running latency timings at 2-3-3-6 @ 2.6v. I got the memory to run stable at "turbo" settings (2-2-2-5), at 166 clock, by running the dimm voltage up to 2.9v. I'm planning to clip a copper plate to it soon and try for lower voltage at those timings.
