Me and many other people have found great results with the Winbond BH-5, and it is used in most all of the major, popular brands of RAM used around here. Go for RAM w/ the BH-5's.

I've got two sticks of 256mb Samsung K4H560838D-TCC4. They suck. Get the Winbond.

My PalmPC stuff with Winbond -BH5 chips are awesome.

My CPU can't take anymore without a voltage increase, but its running 177mhz FSB @ CAS2 no problem at default voltage. I have a feeling I can take this to 200FSB@Cas2 at default voltage, perhaps higher with lower timings and increased voltage.

Check out this thread for this guys results with Winbond -BH5. Really good stuff!
