Samsung NVM Express Driver Goes Where ?

I have installed the Samsung NVME driver, ver 1.1, for the 950 Pro. The install shows up in uninstall programs. But looking at the driver listed for the drive-C: /Properties/Hardware/Samsung ssd 950/Properties/Driver--the MS driver is listed, dated 6/21/2006, ver. 10.0.10586.0.
Where can I see that the Samsung driver is being used ?

Never mind--the Install Manual states:
"If you initiate the Windows device manager, a list of the hardware in your system is shown. If “Samsung NVMe Controller” is shown below the “Storage controllers” as below, the installation is successful."

This is an awkward leftover from the fact that SATA and earlier storage architectures had separate host controllers and drives, usually with the potential for several drives per controller. NVMe drives unify the two.
