don't the samsung flat monitors use a shadow mask grill? i thought that was why they were special cause they are the only ones with flat shadow mask monitor. plus i can't see the tension wires on the samsung monitors, can anybody confirm or refute this?
 
df and ift lines are flat shadow mask.
nf line is flat aperture grill(mitsubishi diamondtron tubes) and have damper lines.
