Whats the diff between the Samsung 700NF and the Samsung 755DF? Is it that one is dyna-flat and one is aperture grille? Whats the meaning and diff of these 2 terms? It says the 700nf is .25 dot pitch and the 755df .20; does this make a diff or do the technology differences between the 2 make up for that? Whats the Samsung monitor site? And do you have any better 17" mointor recommendations or other good brands?

I really like the Samsung NF series, I know they include the extra BNC connections, that the others don't. Other monitors to look at are the Philips p series that also includes the BNC connectors and have the same specs. I am looking at the Samsung 959/900 NF or the Philips 109p20 myself, I think that I will probably go with the Philips because they are a little cheaper here in Amsterdam as Philips being here in Europe (monitors are damn expensive here, Can get either of these for less than $400 in the US, and here it's more like $500 or more.)

Dyna-Flat is a spiffy way of turning a shadowmask tube flat... i think its something like a thick flat piece of glass in the front of the monitor or something... i dont remember and could never understand Samsung's description or pictures. I do have one myself and its great for a cheap price. The NF will be more expensive, but like you said its an aperture grille which many users prefer since its brighter and sharper. Try finding a store with both to look at them.
